Two years on from Brexit, we must remind you that any purchase made for delivery outside of the UK (eg: EUROPEAN countries) does NOT include UK sales tax (VAT).
Sales tax/duty will be as your own national rates, and any handling fees are your responsibility to be paid upon import.

Tracking
Normally, we do not track your orders. If you would like your order to be tracked, please let us know by emailing trackpadpublish@gmail.com. We are afraid that this will increase your postal cost. Most countries in Europe (with some exceptions) and North America do not need to be tracked. Post may be slow at times, but is normally reliable.

Shipping
Domestic Shipping
For small orders we normally use 2nd Class post. Larger orders will also be sent normal post. If heavier than 2 kgs, an economic courier will be found. The customer will be informed on dispatch of the order.
International Shipping
Most orders will be sent by normal post and the customer will be informed on despatch of the order.

Customs Duties
Custom Duties MUST be paid by the customer on receipt of their goods. Custom Duties are NOT the responsibilty of Trackpad Publishers.
We aim to post all orders within 24 hours of receipt of payment.

Ordering Books
Postage for our products is automatically calculated by weight.
To purchase any of these items, simply click Add to Cart, choose your nearest country, and you will be taken to your PayPal checkout.
When buying, please choose postage rates by selecting your nearest country from the list in the shopping cart.
Post from here (the UK) is split into 4 world zones:
1 UK 2 Europe 3 North and South America/Africa 4 Asia/Australia and New Zealand
For example, post to all European Union countries is the same, so choose any European country from the list.
Credit Card Payments
We use PayPal for all payment/invoicing purposes. PLEASE NOTE that you DO NOT need a Paypal Account to use your card! You can still use a credit or debit card to complete the checkout process by following the simple steps on the PayPal invoice. If you are not clear, please contact us.
Paypal, Bank Transfer and Email
We use Paypal as it is convenient for us and gives you added protection through their complaints process.
If you prefer to pay by Bank Transfer, we will supply the details.
You can also order via email. Please send your enquiry to trackpadpublish@gmail.com stating the items you wish to order, the number of items you would like, together with your address. You will be contacted with a full price, including shipping, prior to payment.
